Default Resource Scheduling in Outlook 2003

Hi,

I am trying to use Resource Scheduling in Outlook 2003.

We have a mailbox (our boardroom) and say I invite 10 users plus the
boardroom. I want the boardroom to automatically accept the request (if its
not already booked) - reject it if their is a conflict

how do I do that?

How is the resource set up? Separate mailbox (preferred) or a public
folder? See this page for instructions on the various methods to set up
resources and how to configure:
