resize the ribbons

how do i make the ribbons in a smaller font? I just installed office 2007 and
the ribbons and icons are HUGE!!

Don't know if you can change the size but you can minimize
the ribbon by right clicking and then just the tabs show.
Make sure you check out the Quick Access toolbar. You can
add commands that you use on a regular basis to it. Making
them accessible without opening the ribbon.

i know how to maneuver the ribbons on the page but when i go to microsoft.com
and did the preview to office 2007, the icons were no where near as large.
help!

I guess the question is what's your definition of huge? On
my 19" CRT at 1024 X 768 the ribbon is a little over 1.5
inches tall and the largest icons are about 1/2" x 1/2"
