Default Remove "Save As" from contextual menu in 2007 Compatibility Patch

This is just an annoyance. My users all use Office 2003. We have introduced
the compatibility patch to allow them to open Office 2007 files. Yet we do
not want them to have a contextual menu option within Explorer and the like,
which "Saves As" 2007 without ALSO giving the option to "Save As" 2003.

Why would Office 2003 people want to use this feature? What advantage is
there to an Office 2003 user to "Save As" 2007 (without having Save as 2003).

Office 2007 can obviously open 2003 documents without a problem, so why does
a 2003 user need this feature?

At least give us the option to turn this menu off, or offer ALL the formats
in the Save As option.
