Default Registering Student Office03 to New Computer

If I'm right that you have to tell MS that you're moving Student Office 03
Out-of old to a new computer For It To Work: Is it via the new install
process (some question block?) or via telephone (which phone #?) - Any help
appreciated.

Uninstall from old, install on new, activate, if an issue arises use the
number provided in the dialog to call and activate that way.
