It depends on what version you have and if it's an English language or localized (other) language edition of MS Office/MS Office
Publisher.
Check in Start=>Programs=>Microsoft Office Tools
and run the Microsoft Office Language Settings tool to see if it has a
'Display Language' tab that allows you to choose the menu language.
If not, then for Office 2007 apps you can purchase an English Single language pack. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/su...113681033.aspx .
For prior versions, on an end user/retail basis you may need to purchase an English language version of the Office product.
