Quick Access Toolbar for the 2007 Microsoft Office programs

Hi! I have a little problem with the quick access toolbar. How can I change
the path? I know that the default path is C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Office. But I
don't know how to change this path.

My problem: Users which are working on Terminalserver's change something in
that toolbar. When they log off and log on again, the changes are away. So I
found out that the LocalSettings aren't synchronised with the server profile.

I hope that someone knows it how to change the path. Thanks for every
