Default Product Activation

I have a problem downloading add-ins despite having successfully activating
my product - has anyone any suggestions as to what I can do?
(I am trying to get hold of the pdf output add-in for Word 2007 but due to
my issue I cannot get anywhere)

I Activated my Office 2007 product and when opening my applicatuions if i
choose 'Product Activation' it tell me the 'This Product is already
Activated' but when I try to download add-ins from microsoft.com it tells me
I need to activate my product and that when i click on the continue button it
tells me that my product activation has failed.

Download PrimoPDF. (Okay, it's not the same thing and it doesn't fix your
issue but the end result is a .pdf file.)

JoAnn
Thanks for your help.
I do already have a pdf writer, but I felt that if there is an issue to be
addressed about activation I wanted to get it sorted so that next time I need
to download an add-in I do not have the same problem.

Thanks, Keith

I wish I could offer you more help with your issue. Try posting it in a Word
newsgroup instead of a misc Office one.
