problem with Office Online training site

I have IE v.7.0.5730.13. When I use the Microsoft Office Online trainging
site, I typically can only progress one or two pages into the training, when
all of sudden the audio stops working and I can no longer progress through
the site. I paste the link into Firefox and I can progress through the
training - with the excpeption of the practice, which requires ActiveX.

Any thoughts?

Clear your Internet temporary cache. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete, delete files.
