Preview shows nothing in Mail Merge

I've followed all of the steps in Mail Merge to create my file labels.
However, when I get to the preview stage, the labels are blank, even though I
uploaded my Excel spreadsheet with the file names. I've gone through the
process 4 times and keep getting the same thing. Any thoughts on what I'm
missing or doing wrong?

Hi Susan,

You didn't mention which app you're using for your MailMerge or the version, but assuming it's Word you may want to use the link
below to also post this in the Word mailmerge discussion group and give more details on the steps you're using (Word 2007, for
example has more than one method for creating the MailMerge <g>)
