Default Power Point Slide show

When I click on the slide show file in my documents, the slide show comes up
automatically and plays the presentation. When I email the slide show file as
an attachment, it will come up in Power Point and then I have to manually
click on slide show buttom to run presentation.

How can I avoid the last step through emails.

Default Re: Power Point Slide show

Use File | Save as and select "PowerPoint Show (*.PPS)" from the "save as
type" dropdown list.

But, since it's working on your computer, the problem could be messed up
file associations on the recipient's computer. You'll also want to make sure
to save the file to the harddrive and then open it -- opening it directly
from email may be causing the problem as well.
