Default Port number/type for Office 2007 Online

Can anyone tell me the port numbers for Office 2007 Online and whether
they're TCP or UDP?

When I try to look at templates when creating a file, I get the
message:
"Unable to connect to Microsoft Office Online

Try again.
Troubleshoot your internet connection".

I have Norton Internet Security (a 90-day free trial which I will NOT
be renewing) and by turning the firewall off, I can get access.
Clearly this isn't safe so I want to make a small hole through it.
I've got NIS configured to prompt me when a program tries to access
the internet but for some reason it isn't prompting me (and not just
for Office but for all programs). So, I need to create the hole
manually and for that I need port numbers and types.

Regards
