POP3 settings revert to default after computer reboots

I'm having a hard time with the POP3 settings of my maillbox.
Every time I restart my computer all of the POP3 information goes back to
default and I have to plug my username and email information back in.
How do I keep this from happening?

What version O/S? What version of Outlook?
