Default Outlook send / receive

Wouldn't it be better to put send/receive under the "actions" tool bar
instead of the "Tool" toolbar?

Perhaps, but isn't it easier just to click the button on the Standard
toolbar?

That sounds easier. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see a send button
on the tool bar; maybe because I have Business Contact Manager install?

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with BCM but you can add it if you
don't see it:

- From the Tools menu, click Customize
- Click the Commands tab
- In the Categories section, click Tools
- Drag/Drop Send and Receive to any toolbar and location

Note F9 is the shortcut for Send and Receive.
