outlook has an invalid email address and I need current email

Outlook has an invalid email address and I need to send an email using
outlook but it keeps sending email to an email that no longer exists. I need
for outlook to delete the invalid one so I can resend email to current email
address.

When presented with a list of previously used email addresses, use the arrow key to select the invalid address and press delete.

For outlook to send an email to an invalid address you must have input the
address.
How did you select the destination address?

You are probably using the "Automatic Name Checking" feature. You can
confirm this by going to:
Preferences
E-Mail Options
Advanced E-Mail Options
…and see if the “Automatic Name Checking� is checked

To GET RID of previously used, but obsolete addresses "remembered" by Outlook:
Open a new blank e-mail message and start to type the problem address on the
"To" line. When the full address pops up, use the UP/DOWN Arrow Keys and
highlight the address you want to delete; then hit the DELETE key. Now go to
your address book and use the NEW (Correct) address and it will be
"remembered".
