outlook error message on startup

hello, when i open outlook i get an error message the message is
Exception Processing Message c0000013 parameyers 75b6bf9c. i have
seen that a few different people thought that it may have been
quicktime, but i do not have it on start up menu. i am running outlook
xp and windows xp.
any help would be greatly apreciated. regards
