Default Outlook calendar detail view

Periodically, I combine two calendars in Outlook to print them out.
One of these is a shared calendar that I had in a view that showed all
of the transactions.

I would copy my personal calendar to my trash, go to the shared
calendar, select everything, and then paste to my deleted calendar.

Now I could print the combined calendar for a few months, and then
delete this temporary calendar.

Tedious, but effective.

But I wanted to look at the shared calendar, changed its view, and
haven't figured out how to change back to the detail view. That's
probably because that's the wrong term - looking up stuff when I don't
know the proper term to use is often ineffective.

Select the calendar, Click, View, Day

I'm not sure what you mean by "Click" here. I clicked on View/Day,
and got the day's GUI view.

I'm trying to get the transaction view, so that I can select all, and
copy the transactions from one calendar to another where I paste them.

I suspect my main problem is trying to guess the correct synonym for
"transaction view" so that the help knows what I'm searching for.

Perhaps Active Appointments? View, Current View, Active Appointments.

I'm not finding "Current View" under the View menu with my Outlook
2003.

What do you see when you do this?

There it is!

Let me repeat why I want it.

I want to print out a combined calendar.

1. I copy my Outlook calendar to the deleted folder, where I can
delete it again when I'm done without changing my personal calendar.

2. I select the calendar that is used by our team leader to hold
everybody's vacations and other team activities.

3. I click View/Arrange by/Current View/Active Appointments.

4. I now have a bunch of calendar transactions. Ctl-A, CTL-C to
select them all to be copied.

5. I go to my copied calendar, and CTL-V paste all of these
transactions. This calendar can be in any view.

6. I print what I want, then delete this calendar.

No, you have Active Appointments. Transactions are stored over on the
Point of Sale appliance! ;-)
