Using Outlook 2007, I just deleted a recurring meeting, and it deleted all
past occurrences, as well -- including those that had been individually
annotated/edited, and even those whose times had been changed.
(Interestingly, although just one item showed up in Deleted Items, dragging
it back into the Calendar also restored the individually annotated/edited
items.)
