Default Outlook appointment will not show more than 30 minutes.

I have a user that is having a problem with her appointment scheduling.

She can create appointments for any span of time and the calendar will save
it with that time in the actual details of the appointment. But when you look
at the calendar graphical display it will only show as a 30 minute block
instead of the hour and a half scheduled in the appointment. Any appointment
that she enters, no matter how many hours she puts in, only show as a 30
minute span on the calendar.

I've verified that this is a problem and I can't figure out why this would
be the case.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Farid
