Outlook 2007 how do you keep Auto correct current?

Outlook 2007 will use auto correct when you have used it recently but after a
time [don't know how long] it drops out and you have to search for it again
in the list or retype it. How do I keep it on the current list? For a name
I'm typing on an email message. After an hour or so it is no longer there,
have to retype it or search on the list.

I have no issues with this. AutoCorrect works fine in Outlook 2007 and Word
(same AC)
