Actually, I read through that this morning and printed it to try when I get
home.
I'm going to try calling my ISP again. Someone also told me to reinstall
Office 2003.
I'll let you know how it goes....Thank you Bob

Registry cleaners are snake oil and are capable of considerable damage, and
or, rendering your system inoperable.
Have you been through this?

You're welcome, but I hope the "registry cleaner" didn't whack something
else important.

Do you think I should do a system restore to get rid of this and what it
might have done?

Judy

If it is Outlook asking all the time then uninstall your Anti Virus and re-install without the email integration(scanning of emails)
Also set up a new profile in Outlook

I did not mean that you should uninstall it and put something else in it's place Judy. I meant to uninstall it and then re-install it without the email scanning option

Your profile is how you set up your personal info for your Outlook.

You are receiving various reccommendations, rather then impliment them all
you might be best placed to follow one reccomendation at a time.
ie Peter's suggestion of a new Mail Profile - no its not a new mail address,
use the Mail Applet in the Control Panel to create a New Profile, not copy,
add the email account (you will need the ISP mail settings) and add a data
file, then test
