Create a new .pst file in Outlook 2003 - type, personal folders 97-2002.
Copy your items from your current .pst file in Outlook to the new one you
created. Completely close Outlook. Copy that .pst file to the 2002
installation. Use File->Open->Outlook Data File to access this data.

In addition to what Milly says, when you copy the pst file to Outlook 2002,
do NOT overwrite the existing pst file - you will corrupt your mail profile.
Put it somewhere else.

All of your data is in the .pst file - you will find it when you open your
..pst file.
