We run Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. When we print a group of
emails, the headers get lost. I have been informed that this is a bug,
but know not of its progress or patch.
If you are using IE 7, there is a hotfix for this problem - it has been published in a KB article for several weeks.

I needed to contact us at Microsoft and they mailed me a link with a
password. The hotfix has been in testing for about 60 days and MS is not yet
ready to release to updates.
