Default Outlook 2003 has disappeared

I am running the above standalone on a Motion tablet. It worked perfectly
yesterday. Now on clicking the desk top icon all that appears is the
"internet properties" box. Outlook no longer appears under "all programmes"
while under start menu the outlook icon has been replaced by an envelope. I
have tried rebooting

Run a search for outlook.exe, once located double click & see if that
launches OL
If it does, run a Detect/Repair from Help, you will need the Office or OL cd
Should it not launch or the File not be detected under \Program
Files\Microsoft\Office11\ it would seem to have been uninstalled, use the cd
to repair the installation
