Default Organization Chart error

I get the following error when I try open an orgchart file:

Unable to open file. You may be out of memory or disk space. Check disk
space, close other applications, then try again. Press F1 for Help.

I have already tried few solutions including
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/238307 but still no luck. Please help!
