Is there a way to link a Visio Organization Chart with a Microsoft Excel
Spreadsheet so that when information is updated in the spreadsheet it will
automatically update the Org Chart?

Probably. Try posting your question in one of the Visio newsgroups. There
are some really good Visio folks who can help you over there.
