Default An "Open as Read Only" should be added to Explorer context menu.

Sometimes, we only want to view the files, not edit them, specially if the
file is in a shared folder. So an "Open as Read Only" in the context menu of
Windows Explorer should be added. This would eliminate the need for the
another person to message me to close the document for a while, we he opens
it for editing, then I have to open it again as read only.
