Office XP Professional

I have a license for Office XP Professional. Can I legally install Office
2000?

The only back version licenses are those that come with the volume
license programs such as Software Assurance.

I thought you could install a back version of the software. I just figured
out the Office XP is Office 2002. So Office 2000 would be a back version.
