Default Office XP Pro 2002 and WORKS

I run OfficeXP Pro 2002 (WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS) on Win2k Pro and now would
like to install WORKS 8.5 as well (for ease of reading incoming .wdb files).
Does anyone know if OFFICEXP will allow this and if so is there likely to be
a Registry problem? I can't find a MS technical note on this, and I can't
face yet another re-instal.
