Default office settings in office 2007

In office 2003 and XP, there used to be a tool setting when you would
approach office from the start menu, wherein you could save what changes you
made to themes, fonts etc all across word, excel etc and all the templates as
one file, so that when you would reinsatll office, you could run this and get
back all your templates and various settings. This I am not able to find in
office 2007. Is there a way out ?

Thanks
