I attended the Microsoft Launch 2007 event in my area. They gave everyone a
fully licensed copy of Office Professional 2007. The package includes a link
and a produck key for Office and Groove. When I download Office Pro 2007 from
either the Trial Site or the Launch link, it downloads the file in Spanish.
English or Spanish is not even an option as part of the download. The
regional settings on my computer are English-US. I called MS and opened a
case, but so far they are not able to help. They promised a call back
tomorrow. Anyone else have this problem?

We're sorry but the receipt you have requested does not exist in our records.

Geographically... are you in a Spanish-speaking country? I.e., is it
possible that microsoft.com is looking at your domain location and drawing
inappropriate conclusions?

I live in the United States. The primary languge is English. It has been ever
since I can remember...
It's no question a problem with their site.

See above discussion: Office 2007 - Change menus to English, for the
solution. Good luck.
