Default Office Outlook(2003) send message error

This is a repeat of the question below sending message error "the add-in
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\fxsext32.dll" could not be installed or loaded. The
problem may be resolved by using detect and repair on the help menu." I run
detect and repair, the message is sent but the next time I try to send a
message, I get the same error and have to do the detect and repair over.
I appreciate any help with this problem.
Thanks!

Why did you feel it was necessary to repeat the same question only 26
minutes after posting it the first time? Do you really believe that
yammering the same question repeatedly, redundantly, and incessantly
like some spoiled rotten 4-year-old brat will get you a faster answer?
People who answer questions in these newsgroups are volunteers from all
over the world, and it may take 24 hours or more for all of the
"regulars" from the different parts of the world to see your question.
Please allow sufficient time for people to reply to your question before
reposting. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi Garfield-n-Odie,
I didn't mean to imply that I wanted a faster answer, I just thought I
would make the subject of my message clearer. Sorry about that!
