I believe that I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 as my email software
(clicked on Tools, internet, options, properties, then programs). My problem
is that when I forward an email, the original email is automatically changed
to an attachment which I cannot modify. I would like to remove the addressees
from the original email before forwarding but cannot do so. Is there any way
to change this?

Tools-Options-Preferences-Email options, go to the "On Replies and Forwards"
section (at the bottom) and change the Forward behaviour using the drop-down
arrow....
Maybe I am not using Office Outlook. I clicked Tools, Internet, and Options
but do not see Preferences. How can I determine which mail program I am
using?

Thaks for the info. I am still having problems. I clicked Start, Programs, MS
Office, and Outlook. Instead of getting a screen with a toolbar, a screen is
display to initiate MS Outlook 2003 Startup. I am asked if I use a POP3
server, the server name, my user name, userid, password, Incoming email
server name, outgoing email server name, etc. I contacted my ISP and entered
the requested info but encountered a problem with the ISP accepting my info.
I need to contact my ISP again to see what the problem is with the info I
entered into the Outlook Startup process. I appreciate your help and info.
Thanks
