hey itried to open a new doc in word n found some templetes frmoffice online
few days back .. but today when i tried to access them i am not able to
connect to office onlin e... there some error i think can u please advice on
how to make that thing back ... i need to download a couple of thm ... it
gives 2 mess telling try agaiin metc .. i tried looking at many places n
tried to troubleshoot but it was of no use ... pls help !!!
Meanwhile empty your temporary cache. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete files.
Put Microsoft Office in your trusted area. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, Security tab, high-light trusted sites, click sites button, clear
*Require server verification (https for all site in this area*.
Type http://office.microsoft.com in the address bar, click add.

firstly thanx a lot for quick responses ...hmmm my activex controlis
installed successfully .. even after tht i tried ... not working... the exact
problem is tht when u use word n select a new file in 2007 it ask blank or
frm template .. then it also shows options like microsoft office online with
huge list .. when i click agenda for ex. it says unable to connect to
microsoft office online.. it has to hyper links ... one is try again other is
troubleshoot ur internet connection i tried again couple of times .. not
working... tryied troubleshooting still i am facing problem... if i use
internet explorer n connect to office online it open .... but when i use the
word inbuilt feature i am not able to connect .. so i think the prob is now
clear .... pls help... thanx a lot in advance ...

Open Word, click the Office button, click Word Options, click Trust Center,
Trusted Locations... then ????

I have the same problem, and basically it is not a trusted site problem but a
bug with microsoft.
