Office live email accounts sent to Outlook on the desktop

I know how 2 set up email accounts in Outlook however I need the Office Live
input and output server names for this and the type they are. I am looking to
have my office live email sent to my desktop Outlook. Can anyone help with
this? This way I would only have to look for several email accounts in one
place.
