Office Home and Student 2007 Retail

I just bought the Office Home and Student retail. On the back of the box it
says "Licensed for 3 PC's." I have 2 PC's. Can I install this product on
both of my PC's ? What about the key?

I tried using the same key and I keep getting the "wrong key" refusal.
