Default Office assistant

Hi,
I have a user who has asked to have her office assistant back. Used to work.
I tried installing and uninstalling thru add/remove change, no good. I logged
on as another user and it works. Just does not work as her user. Any
suggestions?
She has XP sp2 and MS office XP small business on her pc.
Thanks for any and all help.

John

Click on "Show the Office Assistant" on the Office Help menu.

I have tried that. When I click on show assistant- it says there was a
problem showing the assistant. Then I try and install from there and that
does not work either.
