Default Office 2007 on Win2003 Term SRV

We're running Windows Server 2003 - Terminal Server Application Mode. After
upgrading the version of Office from 2003 to Office 2007 Pro, I now have a
number of security issues. Outlook no longer will do an auto send / receive,
the status at the bottom right says "preparing to send / receive". Mail is on
a POP3 server at the ISP. The user must click the send receive button for
messages to be sent, although the status remains - Preparing. Excel will not
display the Adobe PDF icons in the toolbar. If I move the user to the
administrators group, all works fine. I've installed the additional Group
Policy templates, but have not found the correct setting to change.

Any ideas on tweaking the security of the office installation ???

Thanks,
Greg
