Ok firstly please don't have a pop at me, I really am asking for a friend!!
They have obtained a cracked copy of Office 2007, which on XP was working
fine and dandy, with the only exception that it wont do windows update.
They have now installed it on a new laptop with Vista and it seems not to be
recognising the license code and telling them they only have 19 uses left.
Is this an issue withe Office on Vista and the increased security and can
this be overcome, ie is there a serial which will be recognised by Vista??
Under the law, the thief and the thief's accomplices are equally guilty
of the crime.

I was raised Protestant. Pontificating is against my religion, such as what's
left of it is.
But:
You might want to reconsider the wisdom of asking, in a forum sponsored by
Microsoft and housed on MicroSoft servers, how to steal software from
Microsoft.
