Office 2007 user interface looks like old classic view Win2K

I had this issue with office 2003 and i could live with it but when the
update didn't change it, i had to look for help. Does anyone know how to
remove that old dead look off of Office 2007. WindowsXP is set to normal
theme no classic view selected. Office is the only thing affected.

My question is probably answered, but I sure don't like the new Word
interface at all, and it's bad news that we can't optionally use a classic
view. I also note that a file I worked on last night with my Mac Word 2004
now does not show the same styles in the file under Vista Word 2007. What
gives?
