I've been trying to download the English version since 1:00pm Eastern DST
today. All I get is Spanish. I don't understand Spanish! Even opened a case
with MS this afternoon. The support guy had no clue. It's definately
something on their site, but don't know who to contact to get it resolved.

If you go to http://office.microsoft.com and look at the top left of the screen, what country is listed? If it's not the one
you're working from then click the name to change it, then use the links on the page to go the trial downloads or to http://trymicrosoftoffice.com after having the Office Online language/country page set to match your needs.
It is possible that one or more of the servers has glitched, but let us know how that part works for you and what the URL you end up
on from the try... link above.

I tried what you suggested. The country displays United States, but still
get Spanish for a download.

The same thing happened to me. Is there any way to change the language, or
do we have to wait until the issue with the downloading is resolved? Will it
even be possible to download another trial, if I've already used the trial
key provided?
