Office 2007 restart when shutting down

Please contact me. Office home and student 2007 identifies a problem after I
have closed it. Then re-starts and continues to shut down and re-start. The
hardware I am using is an HP Pavilion dv6000 laptop. I am also running Vista
with all available updates downloaded and installed accroding to Microsoft
and the diagnosis provided by Microsoft finds no issues. Frustrating. Please
help.

I am having the same problem. I have Office home and student 2007, I am
having the same problem on a HP Pavilion dv9000. I use this laptop at home,
and thought the computer was the problem. Friday I brought home my laptop
from my office which is a Toshiba and I am not having any problems. Could it
be a HP issue?
