Default Office 2007 Non Commercial Use

I have a computer that has the non commercial use title bar. I
uninstalled that version and installed a volume license commercial
version and the bar still continues to display for Non Commercial
use.

How can I fix this?

From where did you get your Volume License version from ??? MSDN or did you purchase it from a company or is it an illegal version of Office

It is a legal version that was purchased. In fact I have it on all of
our other pc's with no issues. I believe that this laptop either came
with the Home Use version or the user installed a Beta version some
time ago. I just can't understand why uninstalling and reinstalling
will not remove the previous version. The end user is not able to
open up Word, Excel, etc docs from other computers in the office.
