office 2007 installation error 1311

i can't install office 2007. i get error 1311 "can't find e:\sku1ca.cab

The SKU1CA.CAB file should be on your Office 2003 Small Business Edition
(Retail) CD. And see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/818234/en-us
"'Error 1311: cannot locate source file' error message when you install
a 2007 Office suite or Office 2003".
