Office 2007 install

I just bought a copy of Office Professional 2007. I get an error message:
Error 1606 Could not access network location %USER PROFILE% \printhood\.
Could someone tell me what the problem is? The computer is a laptop with a
2.0 intel mobile processor. Intel wireless, ethernet card, etc. Nothing
complicated.
