Office 2007 hyperlinks

Trying to use the hyperlink feature in Office 2007 with website. It's not
working, has something changed in the formatting, it used to be:

<document name.xls>#<hyperlink name>

This worked fine in Office 2003, but isn't working in Office 2007. Any ideas?
