When online, either via broadband or standard slow LAN, if I use ANY of the
Office 2003 products, hit F1 for help, type a phrase in the 'Search for:'
box, the Microsoft Office Online horizontal bar runs 2 or 3 times and then
freezes. If I am not online at all, it freezes immediately. This happens
with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I am not excluding the other apps that are
part of the Office suite as I have not tested them. I have run all the
Windows and Office updates with no satisfaction. My Office 2003 is Pro
Edition 2003 (11.5604.8172). My OS is XP Pro version 2002 SP2.
