Office 2003 Proofing Tools

Does anybody know where I can get Office 2003 Proofing Tools (specifically
for German). Amazon has discontinued it and I cant find a place to get it on
the Microsoft Website...and its quite important.

Do you know if Office 2003 Proofing Tools can be used with Office 2000? I
doubt it but thought I'd ask.

Do you know if there's anyplace to buy Proofing Tools for Office 2000? I
haven't found anything on the web.
