Most of the Office 2003 icons, as well as Acrobat Reader 8 and Windows
Journal Viewer are blank. When I try re-install Office 2003 I get this error
"This
patch could not be opened. Verify..."
I also get this error when I try to reinstall Office 2003 from Add and
Remove. I followed instructions from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/295823
but I can’t run this on every computer we have in the hospital. We support
almost 3000 computers. And the Citrix icon has changed to Outlook icon and it
doesn't change back although it states that it is using CXitrix icon. This is
now happening on almost every new computers we install at work. Any ideas??
