Default OEM microsoft office licence questions

hi,

i have some doubts and hope u guys can help me out. thanks!

Situation 1:
if i bought computer A and it comes with a OEM office 2003, would it be
violating the rules of the license if i install it in computer B instead of
computer A?

Situation 2(Base on Situation 1):
if i buy a micosoft office 2007 upgrade version, and i use it to upgrade
office 2003 OEM(from computer A) in computer B, would there be any
complications or problems regarding license?

yes, UNLESS it has not yet been installed on Computer A. If it comes
pre-installed, then it has to say on Computer A, even if you dispose of the
machine to the trash can....

Yes, if it had already been installed on computer A - you could NOT then use
it as the basis for an upgrade on computer B

There you have it, go out and buy retail from your favorite retailer

For both situations, i meant uninstalling the microsoft office in computer A
n install them in computer B.

Nope - if it's an OEM version then it cannot be moved from the first machine
it is installed on - even if you throw it in the trash...
