OEM Licence Office from one PC to other PC. Can I use other PC only 30
day(trial, not activate) or need buy new activation key? Will I have problem
then use it 30 day version other PC for Commercial Use?

You can't transfer an OEM licence version from the computer it was first
installed on. You need to buy a retail version for that to be enabled.

OEM Licence is not transferable
A key provided with the OEM cannot be used on another version
None commercial use means just that
Buy a retail edition of office direct from eg amazon.com
